Completed August 2018

When your besties need assistance with downsizing and renovating a new home, you have to jump at the chance to help them out, especially with this gorgeous home in the heart of East Elbow Park.

This traditional 1920’s craftsman style home had already gone though extensive renovations in the early 2000’s and again after the flood in 2013. So, although there wasn’t too much to do from a millwork and planning standpoint, we dove in and assisted with the re-design and alteration of kitchen millwork, new appliances, custom furnishings, custom headboards, wall coverings, decor and lighting in order to make this home take on our clients personalities and bring new life into the existing monochromatic field tones.

Creating a more colourful and contemporary interior environment was key to bringing life into this smaller footprint and tying all the individual rooms together to create a holistic flow from room to room.

Downsizing doesn’t have to be something to shy away from, celebrate every corner if you’re thinking about it and make your house a home!
