Completed September 2018

So much to discuss with this little gem. Although demolition was relatively minor... corner fireplace, corner pantry, the removal of upper kitchen cabinets, new hardwood and the lighting was redesigned... the before and after shots have major impact. Please refer to our instagram images for the before shots to get the full effect.

It may surprise you that we managed to work with the existing base cabinets, the granite was all salvaged, kitchen doors were removed and became new drawers, new cabinet faces were installed, new upper cabinets extended to accentuate the 9’-0” ceilings and that unfortunate space sucker... the corner pantry... went bye bye and became a much more efficient and useful sliding millwork door to match the cabinetry design!

The best part of the job was that our clients completed trusted the process and their design team and this project moved along without a hitch. Demo started after the July long weekend and our clients were back in their house in the second week of September! So bright and airy now! What a gem!
