At Mackey Design Group, we understand that therapeutic work is shaped by the environment in which it occurs. Our design for NOVA Psychology focuses on creating calm, soft and welcoming interiors that support deeper reflection and emotional safety.

Warm textures, natural materials, layered lighting and a restrained color palette were selected to soothe the senses and reduce the clinical feel often associated with therapy spaces. Each room was planned to maintain privacy, reduce distraction and offer a sense of comfort that helps clients settle in and feel supported.

Furnishings and finishes were chosen for their tactile warmth, durability and human scale. Acoustics, lighting and soft textiles work together to maintain a quiet, grounded atmosphere that encourages openness and meaningful therapeutic work.

The result is an environment that reflects NOVA Psychology’s commitment to compassion, respect and individualized care. Our aim was to design a space that helps clients pause, reflect and move toward personal growth, supported by surroundings that feel safe, gentle and thoughtfully considered.
