Pharm, a modern drugstore, began out of our clients’ desire for diversification. Focusing on preventative health, they’ve successfully merged two uses – an elixir bar and a pharmacy. Not typically paired, we were challenged at the onset with designing an interior space that seamlessly combined two specialized and unique ideas.  

We produced a vision for the client centered around the idea of the nostalgic general store. A gathering place, a warm and welcoming fixture in communities both past and present with the simple function of catering to the immediate neighborhood. Calling for a gesture to tradition, we craved a return to a more simplistic period in terms of aesthetic. 

This space was meant to encompass the emotion we possess towards nostalgic memories - we as people tend to gravitate towards positivity. Plain and simple.
