Tasked with reimagining both the physical space and the customer experience, we transformed AMA’s flagship location into a modern, member-focused environment rooted in connection, comfort, and efficiency. The design replaced traditional queues with fluid service zones, introduced community lounges and breakout areas, and created flexible layouts that encourage interaction. Drawing inspiration from the prairie landscape, a refined palette, custom graphics, and biophilic elements establish warmth and regional identity. The result is a welcoming, future-forward space that streamlines operations, enhances brand perception, and reshapes how members engage with the organization.
